Common questions

I forgot my password: write to us from the email you signed up with and we will reset it for you.

How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Profile -> Settings -> Delete My Account. It removes your account and your listings.

How do I report a listing or a person? Open the listing or the person's profile and tap Report. To stop someone writing to you, tap Block on their profile.

How do I turn off the AI features? Settings -> AI features.
